At Hansel from Basel, we want you to love your whimsical legwear and accessories, so we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, hosiery and socks must remain in their original, unopened bands to be eligible for a refund.

Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and bands are intact to meet our quality standards.
Print and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
